 1. After-School Program

Elevate your child’s game with professional coaching designed for the post-school hours. We focus on skill, discipline, and fun.

  • When: Monday – Friday

  • Time: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM

  • Focus: Technical Drills, Match Play & Fitness

2. Saturday Programs

Intensive Morning Training (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

We group our athletes by age and skill level to ensure optimal development.

09:00–10:00 Mini Aces (Ages 3-6)
  • Fundamentals, coordination, and fun games.
10:00 – 11:30 Court Explorers  (Ages 7-8)
  • Technical drills, grip work, and rally consistency.
11:00 – 13:00 Smashers & Elite Group
  • Tactical strategy, advanced footwork, and competitive sets. 
3. Adult Coaching
  • 1-on-1 training with the coach.
  • Available for booking Monday – Friday, from morning until 4:00 PM.

  • Custom focus on technique, match strategy, and tennis fitness.
4. BeeFit Ladies’ Program 
Beefit Cardio utilizes high-octane tennis drills to provide a comprehensive full-body workout that simultaneously enhances your heart rate and footwork. Whether you’re a seasoned player or have never picked up a racket, these sessions are designed to keep you moving.
  • Dynamic Tennis Drills: Constant “live-ball” action and movement-based patterns.
  • Functional Cardio: Improve your agility, balance, and speed through sport-specific drills.
  • High-Burn, Low-Stress: Smash calories while focusing on the game, not the workout.
  • All Levels Welcome: We scale the drills so everyone stays in the “active zone,” regardless of skill.
